“My Advertising experience has shown how magical brands are created.I attempt to share the same experience and discipline through animation.

Springboard Animation had a modest beginning in 2007.Our focus was to tap into the booming Infrastructure sector in India, which had the fastest growth rate in the country.

We established our animation expertise in this area having bagged two prestigious projects from one of the largest infrastructure giants.

Since then, Springboard has moved into strategically important areas like films, T.V. Channel Packaging, Multi-media presentations and corporate websites.

Springboard Animation has tied up Web Animation Studio to boost presence in the expertise of websites and multi-media presentations. Also, a great way to exchange ideas.

Springboard Animation continues its non-stop comittment to excellence in animation foraging into new frontiers of the animation industry.”

Layout Artists are highly skilled. They set the stage for each scene of animation.

Background Artists create scene settings. A background is essentially a static setting upon which the animation takes place in the foreground

Key Frame Animators draw the images that determine the beginning of a movement and the end of movement such as a character walking from A to B.

Inbetween animators draw the images or frames in between the key frames to complete the movements prescribed by the Key Frame Animator.

Clean-up Artists are responsible for re-drawing the Key Frame and Inbetween Animators drawings, which are normally of a rough line quality.

The Scanner Operator is responsible for scanning drawings prepared by the Clean-up Artist

Digital Ink and Paint Artists colour the animation frames using specialist ink and paint software.

Compositors assemble the different characters and backgrounds into single frames and sequences and so is often the first to begin to see the animation as intended for the final audience.
